Who will be impacted?

All Cook County employees will have access to the new HR, Benefits and Payroll technology.

When will the changes take place?

The HR, Benefits, and Payroll system upgrades are part of the STEP ERP Project’s Wave Three, which is scheduled for implementation in 1Q 2018.
